Background: A petty thief and n'er-do-well, Leon has a love of shiny objects and a loose morality about who they belong to. Currently, he lives in Philadelphia. Of Russian descent, from a family of wereravens. Leon's family is rather loosely connected, with various relations drifting in and out of the Philadelphia area - the family owns a group of row homes in a historically restored section of the city. Leon loves the cobblestone streets and brick buildings.

Leon is comfortable in a city environment, and would be at a loss in the countryside. He enjoys the excitement, all the sights and sounds of the city. He's had a few romantic entanglements with people of either sex, but never anything too serious due to his capricious nature.

He's been arrested a few times for petty theft, once spending six months in jail. That was the worst time for him, being locked up and unable to fly.
